Mo Sullivan
Associate
Mo began her career in rural health policy following a successful internship with Capitol Associates in the fall of 2021. She joined the firm as a Technical Assistance Specialist, focusing on its rural health portfolio. Mo also traveled to rural health conferences nationwide, building connections with RHCs and providing hands-on support to their staff.
In December of 2024, Mo transitioned into her current role as a Government Affairs Associate, where she advocates on behalf of the rural health community. She champions key legislative priorities, such as expanding telehealth access and addressing gaps in Medicare Advantage plans, bringing these issues to the forefront of Congress.
Mo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Politics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Studies in Law from Lewis and Clark College. Originally from New England, she now resides in Alexandria, VA. In her free time, Mo enjoys live music, fostering animals, trying new vegan recipes, and visiting her family in New Hampshire.
